April is Stress Awareness month, a time where healthcare professionals and organizations join forces to increase public awareness around the causes and cures of stress.  According to the most recent Nielsen Scarborough MARS Healthcare survey, 47% or 115 million U.S. adults consider themselves to be very or somewhat stressed and almost 1 in 4 (23%) consider their current stress levels to be much or somewhat higher compared to a year ago.     read more...
