Our 4 week program is a basic clean eating and exercise regime that gets results. You determine your goals whether that be losing weight or just taking steps to feel healthier and fit.
You'll be joining a team of like-minded individuals with similar goals, experiences and need for motivation. The program includes all the tools you need including exercise videos and point trackers to keep you on task. The workouts can be modified to all fitness levels and are a good balance of cardio and weights without requiring you to be a professional athlete. AND you can win a prize at the end of the Journey!
Upon registration, you’ll receive access to a dashboard to track your progress, healthy eating guidelines, daily emails which will include a suggested workout video and bonus point challenge, a monthly pre-prep meal plan with shopping list and recipes, motivational support from your coach and other team members via private social media groups.
